To safeguard the intellectual property of its clients, Precise Edit pledges to abide by the following terms. For the purposes of this agreement, the term author refers to the author, authors, or authoring company or organization of a document. In any instance in which this policy conflicts with the privacy policy of this website, the conditions of this policy will take precedence.

Term 1:
All information, including name, phone number(s), postal mail address, e-mail address, title, name of organization or business, or photographs relating to the author of documents delivered by any means to Precise Edit or any representative of Precise Edit shall be held in confidence.

Term 2:
In no manner will any documents delivered by any means to Precise Edit or any representative of Precise Edit be published, disseminated, or delivered to any third party for any reason without the written consent of the author. The author maintains sole ownership, rights, title to, and interest in any such document, both as delivered to and as modified by Precise Edit.
